Through teamwork, we improve the care experience.

We envision a world where healthcare is seamlessly connected, accessible, and centred around patients. Our Vitaly solutions are crafted to bring this vision to life. If you’re passionate about healthcare and technology, Open Line Vitaly is the place for you. As a member of our team, you’ll have the chance to contribute to the transformation of healthcare and the patient experience.

  • Project Manager (Maastricht)

    Project Manager (Maastricht)

Are you energetic, proactive, and a natural organizer? Do you excel at juggling multiple priorities, keeping projects on track, and ensuring that clients are always well-informed? Do you thrive in an international environment? If so, we’d love to meet you!

As a Project Manager, you will work at Open Line Vitaly, delivering Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation projects for various clients in the healthcare sector. Our solutions aim to make a meaningful impact in healthcare both in the Netherlands and abroad. We implement these solutions using our own Vitaly platform and collaborate closely with other vendors in the market.

In this role, you will serve as the key link between international teams, clients, suppliers, partners, and colleagues. You will manage multiple challenging projects simultaneously across different countries, and you are comfortable with occasional travel. Your mission is to ensure everything runs smoothly while actively managing client expectations.

As a member of our team, you will:
    • Lead and manage projects: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
    • Build bridges: Cultivate strong relationships with international project teams (in the Netherlands and Slovenia), partners, and suppliers to foster effective collaboration.
    • Monitor progress: Track multiple projects closely, provide timely updates, and proactively inform clients about the status of their projects.
    • Communicate and organize: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and suppliers. You’ll ensure clear communication, manage logistics efficiently, and keep all stakeholders well-informed.
    • Manage scope and resources: Safeguard project scope and hours, ensuring that we meet client expectations while staying within agreed frameworks.

You will operate in a dynamic and complex environment. Our projects typically involve a wide range of stakeholders, including 5 to 9 hospitals or care institutions, 2 to 5 suppliers, a strategic partner, and potentially other key parties. In this landscape, Open Line takes a leading role — we provide clear direction, communicate transparently, and keep all parties aligned. That’s why we’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership — someone who brings clarity, takes initiative, and keeps everyone focused. Proactivity and leadership are essential in this role.

You are a perfect fit if you:
    • Have substantial experience as an IT Project Manager (we’re seeking a mid-level or senior professional).
    • Are energetic and outgoing, and you naturally take the lead in coordinating projects.
    • Are a proactive communicator who ensures all stakeholders are well-informed.
    • Have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and can set clear priorities.
    • Are highly organized and skilled at monitoring progress and adjusting as needed.
    • Are a true team player who builds connections between client teams, customers, suppliers, partners, and colleagues.
    • Enjoy challenges but are realistic in what you promise — you excel at managing expectations.
    • Are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
    • Have an affinity for healthcare or are eager to develop expertise in this field.
    • Are willing to travel occasionally (e.g., a few days per quarter) to build relationships or support international projects. You’ll also work one day per week from our Eindhoven office.
    We offer:

A full time role with employment in the Netherlands.

    • A competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience
    • Your choice of a mobility budget or a lease car with fuel/charging card
    • A monthly expense allowance
    • 26 + 2 vacation days
    • A modern laptop and mobile phone (for both business and personal use).
    • A generous training budget and access to 100+ online courses, so you can keep growing every day.
    • The opportunity to make a real impact within our organization.

At Open Line, we believe in the benefits of hybrid working. You’ll have the flexibility to work partly from home, although we expect you to spend around 60% of your time at the office (this can be adjusted in consultation with your manager). Your primary location will ideally be our Maastricht Airport office, but we have other locations you can work from. After your probation period, you’ll also receive €400 net to set up your home workspace.

Since you’ll collaborate with teams in Slovenia and work on international projects, some travel will be required — but always in alignment with your personal circumstances.

    You’ll also enjoy:

    • Supportive colleagues, social events, and great annual gatherings.

    • Discounts at gyms via Ben Vitaal and access to exclusive deals through our Benefits at Work webshop.

    • A flat organizational structure where it’s easy to connect with leadership and colleagues.

    • The stability of working for a financially healthy company with strong growth and exciting clients.
