The terms comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2, Official Gazette RS, No. 163/22), Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2, Official Gazette RS, No. 130/22), and Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot). The website www.openline-vitaly.com is intended to provide information about Open Line Vitaly services, submit inquiries, and apply for job opportunities. You can withdraw consent at privacy@openline-vitaly.com, which does not affect completed processes. 

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution 

If you believe the website or our services violate your rights, contact us at info@openline-vitaly.com. We will address complaints promptly, within 30 days at the latest. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner (Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, gp.ip@ip-rs.si). 

Disputes are resolved under Slovenian law before the competent court in Ljubljana, unless otherwise provided by law. Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution under ZVPot. 

7. Changes to the Terms 

We reserve the right to update these terms of use. Changes will be published on www.openline-vitaly.com at least 30 days before taking effect. We may notify you of changes via email if you have provided contact details. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
